(Denver, CO – February 18, 2025) – House Republicans have successfully advanced HB25-1062 in committee, a bill designed to strengthen penalties for firearm theft. While Democrats often focus on regulating law-abiding gun owners, this bill takes a hard stance on those who illegally steal firearms and use them for criminal activity.
